2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to protect your websites from automated bot traffic and verify human interactions.

3.2 Prohibited Use

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract CAPTCHA generation algorithms
• Develop tools designed to bypass CAPTCHA challenges
• Share or sell API keys to unauthorized third parties
• Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service for illegal activity

4. API Keys and Integration

You will receive a site_key (public) and secret_key (private) per site. Verification tokens are single-use and expire after 5 minutes.

5. Service Tiers and Quotas

• Community (Tier 0): 10,000 requests/month included free
• Starter (Tier 1): 50,000 requests/month
• Growth (Tier 2): 200,000 requests/month
• Pro (Tier 3): 500,000 requests/month
• Business (Tier 4): 1,000,000 requests/month
• Enterprise (Tier 5): 5,000,000 requests/month with SLA guarantee
• Unlimited (Tier 6): Custom contract, no quota limit

6. Intellectual Property

The Service uses open-source components for CAPTCHA generation and rendering. You retain ownership of your website content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CloudFlush from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for Terms violations, suspected fraud, or non-payment. Account data is retained for 30 days after termination.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
